Well, everything was very nice. Very close to airport but not noisy. Far from city center but train and bus 1 min walk away. Aldi and Coop 1 min walk away. Would stay here again.

No fridge. The bathroom door doubles as a shower door. So a little strange when showering without bathroom door. Staff was great! Bed was comfortable. Hotel in a great location near train station, airport and grocery stores. Overall nice hotel.

The location is fabulous, a short walk to the Kloten train stop. The room was clean and the AC was working great! Only drawback was check-in, which had to be done by kiosk as there were no staff available to help check-in guests. The kiosk check-in is not difficult, but it does take a while. There were several of us who had disembarked from the train, so it took a looog time as we waited for several people to check-in before our turn. A LOT of information is requested that has to be typed in; passports must also be scanned. The presence of one desk clerk would have been so appreciated.

Ideally located steps from a bus stop that goes directly to the airport and also from a train station where an easy ride gets you to Zurich city center. Room isn't fancy but it is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay there again.
