I have nothing but absolute praise for this place the owners Kevin and Jane were so humble and made us feel like one of the family. I almost don’t want to make this beautiful place known for my own selfish reasons so we can book for any date we want. We cannot wait to go back here. Me and the wife have had a lot of stress and worries of late but coming here made it all just float away. Thank you Kevin and Jane you are such lovely hosts and cannot wait to book our next date.

Cosy home from home hotel with wonderful service, truly a gem in the area

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future

Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

I chose this hotel as its connected to the terminal which makes an early check-in very quick and easy. The hotel has been renovated since i last stayed and is much nice, comfortable, specious room and a very nice bathroom. The service in the bars and restaurant was excellent and good food and drink at reasonable prices. Excellent relaxing stay.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. This is a truly charming and welcoming place. We arrived in the very early hours, almost at dawn, having flown in to Gatwick on a slightly delayed flight. Booked in advance and having contacted the owner they arranged everything perfectly for us, including adding an extra bed which was made up in advance and looked very cosy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the sky bar is lovely and makes excellent cocktails. The breakfast is very good with a great choice of food

Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze.

Quick check-in with friendly staff. Nice clean room with big bed and large screen TV. Good buffet style breakfast from an early time so you can have breakfast and catch the shuttle to the airport.
