Staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The fitness center isn't an actual fitness center, but if you need that you can make the short trek to Horseheads Planet Fitness. About a 20–25-minute trip to wineries at the south end of Seneca Lake. A no-frills Inn, but definitely worth the money and will definitely stay here again."

We were on the second floor (recommended) and had our own balconly with a perfect view of the lake. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your visit to Senaca Lake."
