The television was nice, but programming was limited...you really need your own streaming login to watch much. Breakfast was excellent, as is typical for Hampton Inn.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Stay was good. After we left we saw the charge hit our CC. I had made a change to our reservation 3 weeks before the stay. We had booked 2 nights for the Wineglass Marathon by due to pet sitter at home we had to head home after the race thus cancel the second night. The staff was helpful and cancelled it without any issues. The problem was she never mentioned I would be charged a rate almost double what my original rate was. If I was told this we would have looked around for help with the dogs and stayed Sunday after the race as it was only like $35 more due to the rate change. I sent a message to the property 6 days ago and still have no response. Again all she had to do was mention the huge rate increase and I could have made an informed decision.

Very good stay overall. Hotel and room was clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. The only negative (which I have noticed at most hotels since I believe a law was made regarding hotels needing refillable soap/shampoo/condition bottles in the shower as opposed to travel size bottles) is that the conditioner was mostly empty upon arrival. I am aware that housekeeping can easily be called to refill during the stay; however, this is not convenient while in the midst of a shower and I would recommend that housekeeping always check/refill shampoo/conditioner/soap prior to check-in.
