Modern and new. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially the woman managing breakfast.

Close to SUNY Cortland. Friendly staff - especially front desk
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice bathroom with lots of counter space.
The only thing we didn't like was the noise in the hallway and lobby at night. We had the room closest to the lobby that might have contributed to the noise but we were not sure.
Excellent location for visiting Ithaca College. Our suite was clean, roomy, but starkly decorated and lit. Bathroom fixtures and plumbing showing some age. Breakfast was worth skipping if you have time for other options.
