"Wonderful in every way. Right in the heart of town with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Well designed common areas within the facility that seem to encourage socializing. Great little balcony area just off the 2nd floor elevator hall that seems perfect for casual conversations. Slightly quirky but effective bathroom layouts incorporating heavy sliding doors separating not only the shower/toilet area from the sink, but the entrance way from the sleeping area. Dog friendly. "The hotel is a normal Best Western, it is what we needed for a family doing a college tour at Cornell. It was very convenient for our family. The receptionist Stephanie was outstandingly helpful and friendly and really deserves praise for helping us with some issues. Our children enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The one thing that the hotel needs is a big sign from the street; of course we found it with google maps, but it could be made more visible."

"The cooling disappointed us at night, as if it became less responsive. It was fine when we were up. The weather was hot. The bathroom is too small for current standards. USB ports worked. View from floor 6 was very nice. "
