The hotel was clean and the room felt spacious. The location to downtown is perfect and parking was incredibly easy. The room service was extremely limited, closed randomly, and not great food, but downtown has other good options.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Ithaca Hotel. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located downtown so you can easily walk to Moosewood, Ithaca Commons, the State Theater, etc. The only downside was that I had noisy, upstairs neighbors who kept me up late. The hotel gave me a free, late check out at 1:30 pm to compensate me. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not feel safe. There was a very flimsy lock for the adjoining door. Very loud people that kept crashing into the door in the next room. We could here every very loudly from the next room. Checked in after 5 and our room still was not ready. Room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals when we finally got a room. None of the outlets in the room worked. The beds were comfortable.
