"We had a wonderful stay at KK310. A family of 4 (12 and 14 yo boys) exploring Maui for the first time. This condo was recommended by friends and did not disappoint. The location is perfect if you embrace the Aloha lifestyle, a bit slower and more relaxed in this area compared with Kihei. By day 6 we still couldn't get over the turtles that came to vist (and snack) every day. The beachfront location was perfect for unwinding after long drives. The space was thoughtfully laid out with room for everyone and spotless when we arrived. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This has been the most beautiful and easy going experience I’ve had. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of fun activities and the beach is right there! I used this time to propose to my gf (my now fiancée!) and what could have been stressful became magical! I cannot thank the hosts enough, as they went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome experience. Hurricane La La passed by and although there were some power issues, we felt safe, and the hosts checked in on us to make sure we were ok! It turned out to be a unique vacation to remember, and by far made my proposal one of a kind! I highly recommend this! We will absolutely be back!"

"We loved our stay here in Maui and this place helped create many memories! We loved the location which was directly across the street from several places to eat and a short walk to an ABC store. I enjoyed sitting out by the ocean for sunset and watching the crabs on the beach.Although the unit doesn't have AC, we adjusted just fine during our stay (late July) as the fans helped significantly. We found that the condo had everything that we could need or want...plus more! My one recommendation would be that some of the instructions/information is not fully up to date (i.e. a key is no longer needed for the pool but a code is now needed). I would have also appreciated reading the information packet prior to my arrival so that I could settle in quicker.But it a GREAT stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are fortunate to make it back to Maui."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 19 people spread across 5 families. The common areas were large enough to accommodate everyone, but each couple/family had sufficient space and privacy in the bedrooms. As noted by others, there is no elevator, so the ability to handle stairs (the common areas are on the top floor) is essential. Beach access is via a staircase that was pretty easily maneuverable by the most senior members of our party. The house location is very convenient to Kaanapali, Napili, and Kahului beaches as well. This house is a great choice for your large party vacations."
