If you are looking for a CLEAN, convenient place to stay, and do not need to overspend on a resort… this is your place. The king size bed was so comfortable and the twin day bed was great too! Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Maui!

Good location for this money. Room furniture old but well maintained some strange smells in a cabinets but after we used Laysol smells disappear. Good friendly staff,great bed and pillows.

We love our stay here. Location is the best. Walk to Kapalua Trail every morning. The beach is beautiful. The property is nice, kitchen are equipped with what you needed for everyday cooking. The property is clean, easy online check in process. The garden and the pool are also beautiful.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The laundry is equipped with washers, dryers, an iron, a steamer, etc. The staff was very helpful. The property is very close to the beach. No TV and no elevator. If you have issues with stairs, inform them so you can book the first floor.

Loved on-site laundry at such a reasonable price. Love the outdoor Ohana room with its comfortable furniture.Beautiful garden setting the café next-door was very handy. The daybed in the living area was impossible to sit on, even with the pillows provided. More comfortable chairs in the living area would be appreciated.

This isn’t a terrible property & is perfect for budget travelers. I suggest renting a car because it is a hour drive from OGG airport. One of the most aggravating things is not being able to talk to someone in an office, especially when you need fresh towels or a little housekeeping. I would rate my stay at seven out of 10. Pros: Economical, less than a 5 min walk to the beach, nice balcony with a cute garden view Cons: No TV!!!, older accommodations and apparently the floor in unit above us was caving in, no one is ever in the office and replies to text messages are very slow or not responded to, had a 5-Day stay with NO ROOM SERVICE or FRESH TOWELS (even after 3 requests = 1 verbal to the housekeeper and 2 texts to the office

Location was amazing, the room was beautiful and the amenities like the pool and OHana room were lovely. Only complaint was that we never got the housekeeping service even though we stayed 5 days. We had someone come at an inconvenient time at first but requested they come a day after, never happened. I'd still recommend this to anyone however. Just make sure you ask for housekeeping when you need it

It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a clothes line to dry our stuff would’ve been a huge help. We used the balcony but the birds made a mess of some things. Overall everything was very clean but all of the towels provided had someone’s hair on them. Even when they were replaced during the week, the new ones also had hair.
