"I've been travelling to AMI with our family/extended family almost every summer for the last 15 years and this property was one of the best. It was PERFECT! The entire interior looked brand new, super clean, beautiful and simple decor which I loved for our family. The kitchen had all the basics and I loved having all the cute little starter sets of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The pool area was a wonderful tropical oasis. Loved our week! "

"I’ve been living in the United States for five years, and this is by far the cleanest and best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was spotless, the rooms were beautifully maintained, and the entire property felt fresh and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience."

"You're paying for the location, and it truly doesn't get much better than this. The beach is just steps away, which is the property's biggest selling point.The house itself is spacious and comfortable, but it does show some noticeable wear. Several fixtures were loose or wobbly, some of the outdoor chairs were broken, and the provided beach chairs were quite rusty and broken.The property management team was communicative before and at the beginning of our stay. They were upfront about the need to disconnect the pool alarm, talked us through how to disconnect it, and even called to make sure we had checked in without any issues.Unfortunately, communication dropped off after that. I sent two emails with questions about whether the pool had been cleaned and treated, along with a few minor housekeeping concerns, but never received a response.Communication, housekeeping services and overall amenities could have been better, but the location was optimal, and we had a great time!"

"This building location was unbeatable! It is right on the beach and next to manatee public beach with food and gift shop. Very convenient! The building is from the 60’s, but the finishes are updated. Had plenty of electrical outlets, but I would have liked some USB ports available. I wish they would provide more beach and bath towels so we didn’t have to wash everything each day. They had 4 towels because it sleeps 4. They did provide some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but it wasn’t good quality so bring your own. Lack of storage in bath. Several light bulbs out. Turn-over team needs to look closer at these details."

"Spektakuläre Lage - besser geht’s nicht, grandiose Hausverwaltung die in der Sekunde reagiert.Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad beim kleinen Schlafzimmer ist so alt und abgenutzt, dass es wirklich nicht mehr schön ist. Der Griller unbenutzbar, das Geschirr teilweise schmutzig in den Schränken."
