The location is excellent, as it's within walking distance to the beach, gulf side, shops, restaurants and other amenities on the north end of AMI. "We were 5 couples staying for my 50th bday. The house was amazing!! Beds are super comfortable, property is beautiful!! We even had a manatee come up to the dock a few times, named him Walter. The area is gorgeous with beautiful beaches and water. We had the best time. Carolyn was always helpful and quick with responses. We will definitely be back!"

"Great location! Very private pool area. We love Anna Marie Island! We would definitely stay at this location and house again. Try bakery next door yummy baked goods! And the ice cream store just a couple doors down had fabulous ice cream!! And always a must for us is the Waterfront restaurant, which is soo close!! We loved our little getaway!"

"This is the second time that we have stayed at Sea La Vie. It is a beautiful seaside home, great waterfront and outdoor amenities, and the views are awesome. It did not disappoint either time. The first time we stayed 3 nights and we felt it was a good value because we had 2.5 days for the price. However, this time we only stayed 2 nights and we concluded the property was not a good value for such a short stay. When one considers a checkin time of 3 pm and early checkout time of 10 am for the quoted price, the reality is the price covers only one partial day beginning late afternoon and 1 full day. Checkout day involves complying with the owner's checklist (cleaning up, loading and turning on dishwasher, taking out trash, gathering towels for laundry by owner, cleaning the grill, adjusting thermostat, turning off fans, etc). Not much time for anything else on checkout day really, unless you are an extremely early riser. As such, although we hope to return in the future when we have 3 or more nights to spend there, it is unlikely we will return if we can only stay 2 nights. As before, the property manager was very good at communicating and responsive to our inquiries. The sealife and beach is amazing, including manatees, dolphins, and many fish. You can see Tampa Bay's Sunshine Bridge in the distance from the property and the parking is appreciated. It's private, and the pool, hot tub, and kayaking (2 supplied by owner) are excellent."
