"Very nicely appointed pet friendly cottage that was perfect for us! The location is excellent, as it's within walking distance to the beach, gulf side, shops, restaurants and other amenities on the north end of AMI. The unit is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and items for the beach. We loved it! Kobe loved it!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is situated in a perfect location on the more quiet end of the island. Sits just above the donut shop which was great for getting our donut fix but you can definitely hear the early risers coming to get their donuts. It was easy to walk everywhere or catch the trolley. The pool was a bit cool for us so we didn't get in but we did walk down to the beach quite frequently. House has the standard items, you will need to bring any spices, storage containers & laundry detergent if you need it. I am sure this rental stays quite busy but could use some updates to the kitchen, master bathroom and living room sofa, as it is showing the use. The AC in the living area was great but all of the bedrooms run hot, they did have box fans in the closet. The only way to access the unit is a staircase, keep that in mind should you have anyone that cannot easily get up and down. And there is only one parking spot but we were able to find overnight public parking 1 block away."

It's also a great buffer from the sun and wind, the pictures can't even capture how nice and relaxing that spot is. Close to so many great beaches, shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to come back!"

"Great accommodations for our family! Front and back decks were such a bonus. Good seating for us all inside and out. Because we like to cook we rely on pots and pans provided. I’ll say they were well used and one pan was quite odiferous (fishy). But we worked around.The proximity to the beach was incredible. We appreciated the wagon and chairs immensely!Noise was expected considering we were above food related businesses, but it wasn’t from customers or operations - garbage pickup was prompt at 6 am everyday! All in all, we had a wonderful visit. Thanks for the welcome and great communication."

"The house is steps from the beach! Everything you need is provided- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. and a cart to haul it all to the beach. The front porch is spacious with nice furniture and has a pretty view of the beach and the sunset sky. The kitchen is well-stocked with 3 coffee makers , sugar, a few spices, oil and enough trash bags, soap, etc for 2 people for the week. The house was immaculate, the water pressure is great. The king size bed is very comfortable. The pool area is wonderful. I can’t think of anything negative to say. Also very close to Pine St. and all the shops and restaurants. We booked another stay before we left."
