The property is being renovated in some areas. There was a small amount of mold in the shower. When the room is refreshed, water wasn’t replaced. I assume that is policy. I’m sure the cost of putting water in the rooms each day or the days the room are refreshed. I loved the evening entertainment! It was great and appealed to all genres. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again when traveling to Tampa.

Hotel was average. They seem to be having elevator issues, because a line would form for the elevator. You could be waiting north of 10 mins for the elevator. Alternative option is to use the stairs in the stairwells. Not ideal if you have to go up 10 flights of stairs with children. Helpful hotel staff were hit or miss. There were a few helpful individuals, otherwise it felt like a lot of them were there to do the bare minimum, then get out of there. Felt like I was getting nickle and dimed to tip for everything, but service was average.
