"The property was cleaner and better organized than we could have even hoped for. Two minor items, we could never get the spa to “warm up” beyond the temperature of the pool and both of the wagons for bringing beach gear had broken handles. Overall the location and property exceeded expectations. We would go back. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Simplicity Cottage! The house is well appointed with everything you need to just step off the plane and have a good time at the beach. Margaret was super quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Amazing pool and deck area for relaxing and eating outside. The dock access to the canal and use of kayaks was a special treat that most places charge extra for. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is that the bikes were very well used and slightly rusty. They were still rideable, but need some maintenance for sure. Would definitely rent here again. "

"Perfect for our group of 4. We had a great time and enjoyed sitting on dock on canal- saw four manatees go by during our stay. Great location for pine street shopping and dining. Only suggestion would be to have some backpack beach chairs. (We were late to the game and rentals were sold out). Host was very responsive and communicated well during whole process. "

"We stayed in this unit last year and noticed that the furniture was pretty warn and made management aware and they replaced some furniture with a new couch and lounge chair. Very nice addition. I forgot to mention last year that the ceiling light socket in the walk in closet has pulled out of some of it's anchors in the sheet rock ceiling .We were afraid to pull down on the chain fearing it might pull the whole socket out of the ceiling .I would also suggest putting some type of light over kitchen sink. In fact the lighting is pretty dim in the whole unit. We enjoyed our stay and just wanted to share with you how you could improve the renters experience."

"Beyond 5 stars! This home is immaculate. Our family enjoyed a week stay here. The location is perfect. The view is spectacular. The home comes well stalked - something you do not find often. From beach activities, chairs, bikes to necessary items in the kitchen. Nadine was fantastic! Answered all questions, extremely helpful! High recommend!"

"Great location in the heart of Anna Maria Island, Pine Street is right around the corner and walkable. Beach is a quick bike ride or less than a ten-minute walk. Pool on the property is also a great setting. Was well furnished and had everything you need for your stay! Communication was great with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. "
