Sunset Landing is a modern 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home sitting West of Gulf Dr. that sleeps 12 and is the perfect spot to gather 2 or 3 families together for a memorable beach vacation! The beach vacation home is professionally decorated and has it all! Granite counters, travertine tile, fine fixtures, and fantastic beach-style furniture and decorations make this luxury vacation rental the perfect spot for family and friends. There are flat screen HD TV's in every room, wireless high-speed internet for staying connected, bikes and a complement of beach amenities for your fun family day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home. Bath and beach towels are provided along with bed linens and pillows, and there's a washer and dryer on the main level as well in case you need to wash those swimsuits and towels mid-week. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This house is perfectly located West of Gulf Dr, and it's an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Also, being located in the center of the island makes it so easy to get to shops, restaurants, bars and activities. Publix, CVS and the Manatee Bridge to get on and off the island are all less than a mile away as well! Plus, the free trolley stop is practically right in front of the house to take you anywhere on the island! The private heated pool is West facing and enjoys lots of sunshine. There is a covered lanai with ceiling fans, bar, TV, nice high end lounge chairs, and a patio dining set with seating for 8 located just off the pool. A gas grill makes it a fabulous place to BBQ and enjoy fun in the sun. Cook up that fresh fish from your exciting fishing adventure - you can't get more fresh than that! The beach house has 6 bedrooms - 4 with king beds, one with a queen bed and the 6th one has 2 sets of twin bunks. For kid AND adult entertainment, the home also features a cool, old-style stand up video arcade game with over 200 games, including Galaga, Ms Pac Man, Pac Man, Donkey Kong and many more! If foosball is your game, then slip down to the poolside lanai for a quick game of foosball. This home has PLENTY of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in the 9 beds plus pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a lot of room for everyone to spread out to have their own space too. The living room has 2 couches, benches and chairs, and the kitchen has a large table with breakfast bar seating as well. This property also provides 6 bikes and many beach amenities - beach cart, several beach chairs, toys, floaties, and beach umbrella. Looking for a little exercise while you're here? There is a fitness center 4 blocks away where you can purchase a day or week pass, or contact the Anna Maria Island Community Center to take advantage of the use of the fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, fantastic discounts on classes and programs such as Yoga, Pilates, dance, art and various activities for kids! Enjoyed the home and beach so much… and that pool!!!!!!! We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs … well furnished kitchen… however, we didn’t cook much…ate at awesome restaurants around the island…used a rented golf cart and the free trolley!! We had 12 guests stay and we’re so comfortable. Every room has their own bathroom, lots of space and really clean! The pool was nice, offered lots of toys and floaties. It is the shortest walk to the ocean. It’s across from an Elementary School so the little kids loved seeing all the kiddos in the morning. It’s right in the trolley path which is so convenient. Jim was SO HELPFUL too - our hotel canceled and he allowed us to check in early. It was a great experience! ##### Bethann G. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby. The nearby Island Hoppers boat and dolphin tour with captain Bob was really fun! The house was exactly as presented on the site. Upon arrival everything was clean and organized. There was a small issue with the upstairs A/C unit but the owner was quick to fix it. We particularly enjoyed family time by the pool and being able to walk to the beach. The sunsets were amazing!!!! We hope to be back soon! ##### Tracy R. Nice accommodations for a family of 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants. We all enjoyed our own king size beds, and bathroom's for each family. Located within a couple blocks of the beach. It was a chilly week but still had plenty to do. We still enjoyed the beach; played in the sand, fished, and shell hunted. Favorite restaurant was the Freckled Finn, an Irish Pub! Went inland and played mini golf at the Smugglers Cove. The Robinson and Neal preserves were really neat. The kids loved the Bishop Science Museum where we saw a few Manatees. Had a wonderful 10 days at this property with 3 generations of our family! The house has great amenities for all ages with lots of pool toys and beach gear to enhance our stay. Proximity to the beach was great and we took full advantage of the free trolley that stopped right outside the house to explore the island. The home was spotless when we arrived with fresh paint and some new appliances. Everything was in good working order and we had no problems with anything throughout our stay. The place was lovely and plenty spacious for the 9 of us who stayed, including three small children. The pool was the perfect hangout spot and the walk to the beach was very quick and easy with the two wagons provided. There was also countless other beach amenities, as well as booster seats and pack and plays for the kids to make traveling easy on our end. I was slightly nervous to stay off the main road and walk to the beach with young kids and no sidewalk, but it was no problem at all, you quickly popped on the adjacent street with no traffic and we felt safe every time. Jim had wonderful communication before and during the trip. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway on AMI! Thanks for the memories!! ##### Jordan G. The kitchen is fully stocked and more and the stand up showers were incredible (lots of hot water too). Laundry in the house was key with 3 children. The location was perfect. SO close to the beach, near the Island Trolley stops and in the middle of the island. The house is on a busy road but we never noticed it unless we went out front to leave. Groceries, liquor, and pharmacy around the corner were also an asset. The pool area was amazing with ample toys, chairs and towels. I highly recommend this home. One note would be there are a lot of stairs - keep in mind if you’re booking with littles or older folks which may find them difficult. 5 Star service supported by the host who was easy to contact and quick to reply! ##### Kristen D.
