"The home was beautiful! Between the short walk to the beach (2 minutes), pool, hot tub, garage parking and more, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a few small issues that the host resolved within 2 hours which was awesome; squeaky fan and shower drain not draining. If the stay came with a golf cart, that would be next level and one less thing to worry about! Everything is within 4 miles and you can easily take a golf cart there."

"The location is perfect for beach access, as well as, being close to all the beach vibes. The condo is a good size, but it is more of a 4 person max capacity. Everything was fine with the condo except the bed sheets are terrible. This may not be something AMI can easily fix, but the sheets were extremely scratchy and over-washed. Both bedrooms get warm at night, but a rather cheap tip would be to replace the ceiling fans with wider fan blade units. The common areas stay very cool.The covered area below the condo was very nice and welcomed. We had a few times where we enjoyed this area due to inclement weather outside. Even during hot days...it was a very nice area to entertain and still be outside.This will be a place we will recommend, or use again ourselves. Bring your own bedsheets, unless AMI fixes it."

"One of the best vacations we have had! Loved the unit and the location was fantastic! Everything was as described and was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was fantastic and loved the balcony. It was great to drink coffee on in the mornings and stayed shady until about 10am. The closet has plenty of supplies like a wagon, floats, umbrellas and chairs but the chairs are the camping type not the low beach chairs so I’m glad we packed a couple. If you are traveling with pets: Not a lot of places to walk our dog with grass but went up the street to find some spots. They also have baggies to cleanup too. Just a note, you can’t walk your dog at all on the beach (wasn’t aware of that but it was ok). Also traffic is heavy at times if you are crossing the street but it was not too noisy at night for us. There are lots of pet friendly restaurants close by and our favorite was right up the street at the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant. If we come back to the island we would definitely stay here again! It is one of my favorite places we have stayed!"

"Wonderful location right across the street from the beach! The beach was never crowded and was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage was clean and tidy, well-appointed and everything in new condition. Perfect week long getaway for my wife and I. The host was the best! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be staying here again."
