"Pool was a little cold"

"We absolutely loved the location of this condo. It's a short walk from a fairly quiet beach, and a 5 minute walk to Walgreens, restaurants and a trolley stop. There are dressers, closets and hooks for a comfortable stay, and entertainment including streaming services, playing cards and books. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items, spices, towels and beach supplies. Several of the beach chairs were broken, but we found enough to make it work. The listing could use updating regarding the view. There is no longer a small house between the condo and beach. It has been torn down and a very large home is being built in its place. There is still a small view of the beach, but it's mostly a view of the back of another home. I would still choose this condo for location and comfort, but would have appreciated an update about the construction to avoid disappointment. "

"Pool was great. A few suggestions for homeowners. Hooks in bathrooms for clothes. Nightstand on each side of bed. More outside chairs. Big tables but only 6 chairs. Repair decking as there was a missing wedge with a screw that was dangerous for our 2 year old. Loose board on stairs. Clean lounge chairs. Stove top burners were tricky."

"I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had easily accessible parking, clean & comfortable accommodations, an amazing view of the beach from the balcony, all needed utensils to use the kitchen & grill, a ping pong table as well as accessories to make beach time more relaxing. Parvenah was an amazing host. Communication was great and she is so nice. Very highly recommended. I noticed some mentioned the traffic out front. It is busy, but it is not distracting. However, if you prefer more quiet, there is a balcony and yard in back that is calmer and has more breeze. "

"Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. "

"The unit was clean and the pool was wonderful and warm. The space was very small but it worked for us. The furniture in the living room should be updated. It was not comfortable and we couldn’t watch March Madness which was a bummer. We found two eating establishments within walking distance. Overall, a fun place to go. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised! And enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! The cottage was super clean! We were literally right on the beach, and yet it had the cottage vibe decor, that was darling! We loved the fact that it was family friendly. We were there without kids but your cottage and apartment neighbors became like family! We feel like we have met friends for life! We had heard how sweet Alice was to deal with and would do anything to make your stay perfect...Luckily, we got to meet her on our last day as she was out of town, we would have been sad not to have met her after all the hype! And everyone was correct, she's a doll!! Alice is the type that would bend over backwards to make sure your stay was exactly what you wanted. It's evident because there have been couples that have been returning for 17 plus years! Everything shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all in walking distance! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!! Jim & Trish"
