"Clean room. Check in was not seamless. Although I went to property “A” to check in, pay, and provide contact info- I had to call several times as I still had not received a text with code to check into room- which was properly “B”. Thank goodness there was an accurate property phone number. When I called the second time- I did get a check in code. Coffee maker in room did not work well-also not good condiment selection- no sugars. The room was clean and I was upgraded to a king suite- however I would have rather just had the early check in I requested . Layout in bathroom was awful- door swings in way of toilet- vanity. All in all was a Cute place . Small Fridge , a 3-4 block walk to beach. Several restaurants / shops within walking distance. Free parking. Small pool with lounge chairs. Next time I would opt for a place right on beach."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The proximity to the water was absolutely perfect—being able to walk right out and be on the beach was one of our favorite things about the property.I was a little concerned before our trip about the cottage being located next to a public beach, but that ended up being a non-issue. We had zero problems with crowds, and the beach directly in front of the cottage never felt crowded at all.The cottage itself really grew on us during our stay. Once we read about its history, we appreciated its character even more and thought it was such a neat place to stay. It was amazingly clean, and especially since it is the original cottage! The bathroom is definitely small, but that was really the only part of the cottage that wasn't optimal for us. We also really appreciated having plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items to choose from.The only real downside was the laundry situation. There isn't a washer and dryer inside the cottage, but having laundry facilities on the property made up for that. We didn't even mind having to pay to do laundry; the inconvenience was having to find quarters. It would be great if there were a way on the property to exchange bills for quarters or another payment option for the machines.Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The location and beach access are hard to beat, the cottage has a lot of charm and history. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our group of 21 had a fantastic time at Family Tides! We stayed for a week in July 2026, our group ranged in age from 5 yo all the way up to 70! The house was the perfect set up for a large group with kids & adults of all different ages. The suites had everything we needed & more, the main floor gathering area was perfect & the outside was amazing. We spent lots of time out there, relaxing & in the pool! The garage has everything you need for the beach & speaking of the beach, it is literally a couple minutes walk away! The house is also very close to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, beach stores & numerous restaurants. Communication was also top-notch! We had to reach out about a couple things, nothing major, just a blown fuse, needed new propane tanks...they responded quickly & took care of whatever we needed. This is our second time visiting AMI, I definitely plan on going back & I would 100% stay in this house again. Thank you guys for everything!"

"House was amazing and just perfect for our group of 10. The pool and outdoor area were great Walking distance to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun."
