"I had a very nice experience. I was a little nervous because I called the front desk with some questions and the lady on the phone was rude. However, when I arrived the staff was nothing but kind and attentive. I got the hollywood hills view and it was beautiful. I stayed during the 4th of july and it was the perfect view of the fireworks. I would definietly come again!"
