We had a great time staying here. It is clean, close to shopping, restaurants and highways, and if you want to, you can cook, too (there is an electric cooktop in one of the drawers. We made quesadillas for breakfast. The fridge was also useful. Basically it has everything and anything you need while being one room (a large one at that). The place was easy to find, and parking was not difficult. Everything works fine, the host had turned the AC on for us before we arrived, and was always available (one phone call away) for questions (like what to do with the garbage). For sure the first place to check for availability if/when we go to LA again :)

We’ve stayed here two times now and loved it for the convenience, simplicity, cleanliness, and quiet neighborhood. The AC was helpful in this early summer heat, and the little deck outside was nice to enjoy a bit of sun and coffee. The host is responsive as well. Thank you!

This guest house was perfect for my week-long work trip to Los Angeles. The neighborhood is very quiet and was nice for walking. The bed is very comfy, and when my husband joined me for the last few days, was also nice and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, and Juan's communication was clear and timely. There was a small snafu with the check-in, but Juan responded very quickly to my message and made everything right. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

This is the best sleep you’re getting in life. My god was that bed and pillow comfortable. Absolutely phenomenal we even asked what pillows they were. So comfy we forgot to check! It was safe spacious, clean, quiet, powerful AC, nice TV, great fridge and freezer, didn’t have a single issue at all. But do bring your own soap!! Thank you host it was a phenomenal stay

Everything I needed. Super clean and fresh smelling, comfortable bedding. Great location, got to explore a neighborhood instead of staying in a hotel where you are separated from things like bomb roadside pupusas and excellent donuts both within minutes. Alhambra was cool. Juan was cool. Great host. Had a minor issue that could have been major but he was on it immediately.

Simply perfect!

The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful. The place isn't too far from downtown, but just far enough to be peaceful! The room is perfect for two and I will definitely stay here again when I return to LA!
