Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. "Peaceful location, close enough to everything needed (shop, takeout, chippy, main town 10/15 mins away), large well equipped lodge (no15) & pleasant/helpful staff"

"Great location, settled in the hillside. Friendly owners who would do anything to help. Lovely lodge for a quiet escape and chill in the hot tub. Used the pool and sauna for a small fee, which was clean and lots of fun."

"We had a lovely stay in Daisy. She was spacious and cosy and the hot tub is definitely a bonus. It was lovely and peaceful sitting on the veranda and having a morning coffee or evening wine. We didn’t try the local pub but there is one within walking distance. Really easy to get to (just 15 mins or so off the M5) and a great location for exploring South Devon. In our two days we visited Exmouth, Dartmouth and the beach at Blackpool Sands. The city of Exeter is just 10 mins away, so Daisy is also...

"We had the most amazing time here the cottage had everything that we needed it was like home from home! The garden area has a gate which is perfect for little ones, the views are stunning! There are plenty of places to go walking and the farm dogs are lovely characters, the hosts were so lovely and helpful too. When we arrived there was a vase of fresh flowers and also flapjacks which the kids loved! It was so comfortable there we didn’t want to go home and we are definitely coming back next...
