"En-suite rooms’ process seems designed to make you feel unwelcome: Filling out waivers beforehand, proof of identity, then you pay, then they demand damage waiver, when you arrive they take photos of the room in case you damage it. No TV, no instructions on accessing Wi-Fi, not advised beforehand that there was no parking in the area. This should not be advertised as a hotel - I won’t be using this company again. No issues with room or the Hotels. Com booking system."

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. The weather wasn't great but that didn't matter, it was a short walk to catch the ferry to the Barbican and from there we visited mount edgecombe and went on boat tours. The bridge...

"2 Fish Cellars certainly lived up to expectations, everything was just so, enjoyed it immensely, even had a go in the Hot Tub! The views are amazing and we were so lucky with the November weather. However even if it had rained non stop, you could just drink in the views. Certainly will be returning."
