"Perfect stay, had to cut short due to a family emergency but everything was perfect. Was clean and easy to check in communication was clear. Only downside was it was rather noisy tbh you could hear the street quite abit but still a solid 9.5/10 easy. Furnished really nice too. "

Theres a reason why there are limited pictures of the room on your website. There's a lot of stuff in there that made it way more crampt than it needed to be. "A lovely little B&B. Perry was wonderful. Very friendly and cooked us a gorgeous breakfast before we left. Clean and tidy and not far from Southwell racecourse (about 7 miles). Would recommend."
