"I really loved this hotel. It has really nice rooms and had AC and the staff was really nice. We also tried their restaurant which was really good. Breakfast was good. We stayed in the Japanese style rooms. If I come back to Switzerland I will stay here the whole time. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was excellent. The service was top-notch and most of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces – they truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. However, I must point out a disappointing experience with one staff member, Erwin. Unfortunately, his attitude stood out in contrast to the otherwise outstanding team. When I arrived with four large suitcases in my car, I asked if I could briefly park outside the hotel just to unload my luggage. Erwin firmly refused and told me I had to park in the basement of the building across the street, which has no lift. I had to drag all four bags up a slope and across to the hotel myself. What made it worse was that when I entered the lobby clearly struggling, he saw me but made no effort to assist. Additionally, during check-in, Erwin failed to mention that items in the minibar were complimentary, which I found out later. It felt as though he was intentionally withholding that information, which left a negative impression. Aside from this, the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable. The other staff members were amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s a shame that one individual’s behavior affected an otherwise perfect stay. "

"Very close to the river. Beautiful area. A little bit concerned about their check-in system and how they cut the key using simply a confirmation number only (anyone can guess someone else's based on your own) - the hotel may want to re-think that system."
