"This was a truly outstanding place to stay in Heraklion. The location was perfect, the staff are amazing and the rooms are upscale. Everything was perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend this place, 10/10! "
"This was an incredible property right in the heart of Crete. The staff went above and beyond to help us, from arranging taxis to the port and airport to recommending fantastic local spots to eat. A big thank you to Giannis and Michail for their outstanding hospitality — their kindness and support truly made our stay unforgettable."

"This is our fourth stay at the Metropole. We choose this hotel for its convenient location and cute little square with cafes right next to it. It is a short drive from the airport and there is a car parking lot very close to it (not managed by the hotel). The check-in is quick and efficient, even if you arrive late due to plane delays. The rooms are clean and modern."
"We were only at the hotel for one night, and arrived at 7pm due to a delayed ferry, but we had a lovely if brief stay! The staff were welcoming on arrival and provided a welcome drink and showed us to our room. The rooftop pool is open until 8pm so we managed a quick dip and headed out to get some dinner. We walked to the old market area (Kalokerinou- about fifteen minutes away) and found a lovely restaurant. The buffet breakfast in the morning was to a high standard as well. Definitely recommend this hotel and would go back. Only thing of note is that it is on the main road and you can hear traffic if the window is open."
"The hotel is very modern, clean with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. It is close to all the bar’s restaurants and shops although the area around is a little sketchy.
It has a good parking in front and good breakfast. "
