"1st time in Osaka and 1st time staying at this property! Everything was super clean! They provide pajamas! I’ve never seen that! Brand new super comfortable beautiful pajamas! Shower was amazing. Everything was pristine. My only complain would be space. I wish the room was a little bigger but I understand as space is limited in Japan. The staff were excellent as well! Extremely helpful and so pleasant. The hotel is located in a great spot next to the park and many cafes. Our stay couldn’t have been better!"
