"The Bar always has a problem every time we go there. When he's filling the dishwasher he isn't serving. And the queue builds up. Each order take ages to complete. There aren't enough staff to deal with the queues. They need a buzzer to call in staff to help just for 20 mins or so. "

Nicest reception staff I’ve experienced in Oxford area and I generally stay in the city centre, Marriot, Malmaison, Premier inn. The hotel overall was much nicer than any of the above. "The staff was the kindest and most helpful that I have ever met. There were so many thoughtful touches- guiding us to our room, coffee and tea in our room offering unlimited information on demand. Quality touches such as robes and slippers, heated towel rack, beautiful lighting ( even in the closet) and excellent toiletries. Our view was not great, but the room was so beautiful that we did not need to look out. The woman who showed us to our room noted that all things in the room were complimentary. Many times it is impossible to know. I would love to stay here again. "
