"The property was clean and well equipped and ideal for our 3 day stay. Information about parking could have been made clearer and is not intuitive. It is in the property but needs to be looked for. There is one very tight space outside the property, which most of the time we couldn't get our car in to. The parking arrangements around Whitby are complicated and a little more forewarning and explanation about this would be helpful. We got a parking ticket because of our lack of understanding...

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in a house that was really conveniently located and full of character. The house dates back to the 16 hundreds but has all the modern comforts we’ve come to expect. Church Street is a cobbled, pedestrianised Road that leads up to the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey.
