"Breakfast was good. Accommodation was very basic for price, water pressure very low , bathroom door very hard to open, sticky catch. Tv very small for size of room. Needs a deep clean. Bedding and towels were clean. "

"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"
