"Clean room, excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant at very reasonable price and big portions. Close to Dalscone Farm and various other places to keep kids entertained. I booked the deluxe family room although didn’t really know what I was getting due to the lack of pictures online on any website. I would definitely return."

"Walls thin so if your lucky you will hear the TV from room next door all night. Shower whilst very powerful, the issue is when it goes from cold to scalding without touching the tap. Food option limited. While not the hotels fault it's located on a very busy road. Plus points staff friendly and room decent size."

"Stay was ok for price paid however is dated and tired especially bathroom area, needs general maintenance, re grouting, paintwork etc. Breakfast was poor, basically cereal and toast, paid extra for cooked breakfast which was small and nothing special. It wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed in but I wouldn't return. Shame as the building and grounds are incredible. "
