"We had a wonderful stay here. It was incredibly quaint, peaceful and clean. The location was perfect - close to all the key areas. We visited Bruton, Wells, Weston, Bath and Bristol. It took about a 30 minute walk to nearest pub. The little touches made all the difference, and the warm welcome (complete with Cider) was truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, charming getaway. "

"The Shepherds Nest is the best Shepherds Hut we’ve stayed in, for space, amenities and for hospitality. It’s well built, furnished to a high standard and there’s a lot of thought gone into everything. Charlie and Carol were really welcoming and there were lots of little touches, and nice surprises on our arrival. The outside bath is great, in all weathers! We’d highly recommend."

"This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful location - far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but not so far away from anything that you felt stranded. Hot tub was amazing and very much appreciated at the end of each day when we had been out walking in Cheddar etc. Bed and facilities were all excellent. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be.
