"What to say - on the plus side the staff were so professional, kind and helpful. The hotel was kind enough to store our large bags for 2 weeks while we were traveling - very courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom and its amenities were clean. The negatives - the hotel is very dated with threadbare, stained carpets and a very unpleasant odor in the lobby, hallways. Uber to and from the airport were expensive. I would not stay again and choose a more modern property attached to the terminal. This hotel was too dated and inconvenient for the cost savings. "

"Make sure you check the size of the rooms before you book. A standard room here runs you under 200 sq. Ft. The bed barely fits, and you have no room to place your baggage or move around. I booked a king standard room which was small. The first night was manageable, but the morning after we kept getting a smoke smell, as if someone had been smoking in/around the room. We asked to be moved by phone, but no one came. I had to go personally to guest services to ask for a new room. They did provide a new room. However, the room they provided was a complete downgrade to an even smaller room with a queen size bed. Total rip off. In addition to that the new room had a mini fridge that did not work. I asked them to come change out the mini fridge a couple of times and they never did that. Also, our room was freezing cold, it took the heater 20-30 min to come on, after making crazy crackling noises and even then it didnt heat the room enough at night. I would have to turn off the heater to get some sleep due to all the noise it made. Overall, The Hotel looks nice in the common areas such as lobby, starbucks lounge and bar lounge. The location is great, But the rooms need some serious updating/remodeling. "

"Upper floor garden view rooms are the best but other rooms work too! Excellent breakfast buffet, perfect location for accessing the West End Theatre, the British Museum, local buses to EVERYWHERE in London, etc. Reasonable, fair pricing. Nearby restaurants (Italian just across the street is low priced award-winning fare). Away from the crowds and noise but walkable to Leceister Square and Euston, with tubes and buses nearby for easy access! 5th time staying there, feels like a "home neighborhood" at this point."

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "

"Really quite abysmal. The single rooms are like small cabins on the fifth floor. The heat in my room was unbearable throughout the day and night and the aircon would blow hot air at a setting of 13 degrees. The window was wooden and single paned so all the noise of the traffic could be heard, especially as one of the windows locks didn't work. The bathroom was very, very small. Even the small details were not done right; like the soap provided in dispensers which leaves a film residue on your hands. Another member of my travelling party had bugs in their bed and had to be relocated. Other than the hotels location and responsiveness of staff, there is nothing else positive to say. "
