The room was clean and tidy, warm throughout the night which was comfortable. The one thing that was annoying was there was an inch gap under the door which the hall light shone in under the door the whole night.

We were initially given a room key for a room with guests already in the room.
The rooms felt very clinical, we felt like we were in a hospital room.
The food wasn’t great, not very fresh or hot. The cooked items seemed like they had been leftover from the day before and not cooked that morning.
We have stayed at other Melia hotels and they were much nicer, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
