"We had the most gorgeous stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, well equipped and the perfect location. Close to shops (Lidl, Asda etc) and a short drive from beaches and the train station for St Ives. Five of us stayed comfortably here and the host was excellent with communication for any queries we had. We only had slight issues with parking as the road is so narrow and were worried about blocking paths, but most residential streets are like that in this area. We would love to come back!"

"Great place to explore cornwall Accomodation is well equipped and a welcome home from home to come back too and chill after a days exploring visited out of holiday season so cannot review resturant and entertainment but me and my older son used the bar and enjoyed the pool table and a pint after a day off site.. shop had all the essentials needed and check in faultless.. "Property was as described but kitchen was missing a few essentials. Wouldn’t have more than 6 people here. One of the toilet seats was broken and dangerous, reported on arrival but still not repaired when leaving 2 weeks later. Was missing the welcome pack that included check out details. BIG ALERT - didn’t get damage deposit back despite repeated asking. Had to do a bank chargeback. NOT ACCEPTABLE! "

"We stayed here as a family group of 10 incl. 3 generations. We found the house charming, and we were able to explore around Cornwall from Penzance to Tintagel from this central location. I chose to round up to 5 overall stars because the host was quick to assist when we needed a question answered and we were happy travelers, but I will note a few things which would've made the stay even better: We were only able to use the one shower on the ground floor because the one upstairs over the antique tub was very impractically tight. Assume you'll need to bathe or share one shower. It should be noted that the main staircase divides in one direction toward the bathroom and the bedroom with bunked beds, and then splits in the other direction toward the 3 remaining bedrooms. This means that the guests in those 3 bedrooms must go down one flight of stairs and up another to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Just want to note that for other travelers who may have difficulty on a lot of stairs in the dark. The clothes dryer vents inside, onto the floor. This creates a wet floor and a great deal of steam. While we wanted to dry our clothes, we didn't want to expose the house to that kind of steam, so we needed to open the back door and shut the door to the rest of the house whenever we needed to run that appliance. We would've much preferred just using a clothes line or drying rack, but none could be found. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would consider returning!"
