"We had the most gorgeous stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, well equipped and the perfect location. Close to shops (Lidl, Asda etc) and a short drive from beaches and the train station for St Ives. Five of us stayed comfortably here and the host was excellent with communication for any queries we had. We only had slight issues with parking as the road is so narrow and were worried about blocking paths, but most residential streets are like that in this area. We would love to come back!"

"Room/bathroom smallish but nice and comfortable. Good, well priced food and beer. Free parking available. However, breakfast not provided, Can be noisy at night (bar, sometimes with live music, below bedroom). "

"Great place to explore cornwall Accomodation is well equipped and a welcome home from home to come back too and chill after a days exploring visited out of holiday season so cannot review resturant and entertainment but me and my older son used the bar and enjoyed the pool table and a pint after a day off site.. shop had all the essentials needed and check in faultless.. "We stayed here as a family group of 10 incl. 3 generations. We found the house charming, and we were able to explore around Cornwall from Penzance to Tintagel from this central location. I chose to round up to 5 overall stars because the host was quick to assist when we needed a question answered and we were happy travelers, but I will note a few things which would've made the stay even better: We were only able to use the one shower on the ground floor because the one upstairs over the antique tub was very impractically tight. Assume you'll need to bathe or share one shower. It should be noted that the main staircase divides in one direction toward the bathroom and the bedroom with bunked beds, and then splits in the other direction toward the 3 remaining bedrooms. This means that the guests in those 3 bedrooms must go down one flight of stairs and up another to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Just want to note that for other travelers who may have difficulty on a lot of stairs in the dark. The clothes dryer vents inside, onto the floor. This creates a wet floor and a great deal of steam. While we wanted to dry our clothes, we didn't want to expose the house to that kind of steam, so we needed to open the back door and shut the door to the rest of the house whenever we needed to run that appliance. We would've much preferred just using a clothes line or drying rack, but none could be found. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would consider returning!"

"The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "

"The property was above expectation, even better than the photos. We loved the grounds and facilities and our children really enjoyed the children’s crafting and party activities offered, as well as the swimming pool and sports. The staff were helpful and friendly, property was super comfortable and luxurious and we were able to do some lovely day trips to beaches and attractions in Cornwall. We were also surprised with how quiet and relaxing the site was, we were expecting crowds of people, but it felt relaxed and peaceful."

"House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. It lacked a highchair but was promptly brought to us when we queried. The Tolroy manor was great as a whole, lovely food and drinks, some entertainment for the kids, although we went slightly out of peak season so live entertainment hadn't started yet. Staff were all very friendly. Overall, we would stay again, it's a fantastic location to visit many attractions fairly locally. Thank you for having us!"
