"Carpet was very gross throughout the whole building, the TV was weirdly just on the floor, not on a cabinet, the bathroom was extremely cramped and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Parking was also a nightmare, there wasn't the space for the number of cars there and I was blocked in by another car and couldn't track down the owner so had to just wait. The location was pretty good tbf."

Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Very basic, says parking available, but it was expensive , £15 for overnight, description implied it was walkable to airport, reception said too dangerous. Late check in after midnight was good. Lift doors didnt open the whole way, was very creaky. Room & corridors very musty and tired. Comfortable bed, no charging ports. Quiet

Hotel is amazing, has big comfy bed, alot of compartments for your stuff, very nice shower, the only bad thing is that it wasn't clean under the bed

Good value for money for one night stay to catch a next day early flight from Heathrow. Free Bus Service out/in Heathrow Central Bus Station. Just be aware to catch it back to Heathrow within the free zone otherwise you will be prompted to pay the fare by the driver.

The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight.
The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes.
Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road.
