The staff were incredible. They went out of their way to be helpful. The food was amazing. Healthy and creative and so delicious. Loved it. I’ll definitely be going back. It’s a break to reconnect with nature - as such there are windows in the bedrooms with no blinds so you wake up slowly with the morning light. Personally I prefer black out blinds but it is in keeping with what the hotel is trying to do. I also feel a juicer on site to have freshly prepared juices would not go amiss but these...

Lovely large room and ensuite, comfy bed, really fabulous breakfast served by an attentive and informative host. Even though the winery was closed the host opened it for us to raste the wines and make a purchase.

We throughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Silvermere. Lew is a charming, helpful host and the house is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious!

The Hotel is a lovely 5 star. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and also the breakfast. There is parking and a lift up to reception.

Lovely apartment with an upgrade , very new and clean with great cooking cleaning facilities. Rooftop bar food was friendly with a nice atmosphere, a lot of birthdays but they accommodated us easily and events were not intrusive in rooms

Excellent stay

Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

Great space as always with Meriton and a lovely pool. The check-in process is a bit long winded having to fill out your details again - despite booking online. However this is only a minor issue, definitely our number one choice of accommodation

We are looking to buy a home and decided to look in The Hills area. Our accommodation was well situated to go to lots of different areas. The staff were friendly and rooms very clean

Fantastic hotel with great amenities, clean rooms and lovely staff who made sure we were happy during our stay. Nice roof top terrace too. Near a shopping mall and bus stops that take you into the city. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, the staff were super helpful, the food was superb in the restaurant, the amenities were great. The room was good, I would like to see a few more pictures and maybe more soft furnishings, but overall great value

Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed ❤️ Hotel was within walking distance of the local metro station and rouse hill town centre The fiddlers restaurant on site is a good idea for people wanting a meal However having a local shop or bar in the hotel would be great But all in all had a fantastic 6 nights there , was able to get into Sydney and back with no problems Highly recommended

Great location great property

This apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. I was on the 9th floor with a balcony(table and 2 chairs).Apart from a large wetroom and bedroom the large lounge had dining area, sitting area and complete kitchen .Equipment included a dishwasher ,microwave and hob with an enclosed laundry area.
