Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back.

Large Roomy cabin clean inside. Grounds are in need a good clean up there is a lot junk laying about the grounds. Charged an extra $15 to stay on the grounds because we were 55 minutes early, told to either pay up or return later. Needs to improve her PR

The property was a good place to stay in but the manager could have been more polite and courteous. The hot water ran out while we were filling up the spa for the 1st time and there was no hot water for our showers thereafter. Thankgod it was summers!

Alpaca and goat feeding was a hit with the family. It was a good experience for my son to collect eggs for breakfast. Nice and quiet night. We didn't even notice the other families that were staying there. Excellent experience and stay. My son is already asking for a return visit!
