"Only stay at this hotel when travel to/from London Stansted Airport. Location is just perfect, 4 mins to departures. Very clean,spacious room , good bedlinen and always friendly staff. Breakfast: Generally you wouldn't starve, but I did miss boiled or fried eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms for my English Breakfast and fresh vegs.Good variety of hot drinks and Continental Breakfast."

"The hotel was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was high quality. Having on site parking was good (but expensive at £28 per night).The bed was comfortable. The only negatives were that the wardrobe hanging space was too small (it was awkward to hang clothes 'sideways on`; you could not hang a long dress in it) and there was insufficient drawer storage space."

"Duvet cover was dirty had a really bad smell when you put you got close to it, all the staff could do was say sorry. Parking isn’t free, pool is nice but small."

"Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly, breakfasts good, wide choice of food. Cafe a bit of a let down, average pizza, poor beef (=gravy) curry, often crowded with laptops."

"Staff were lovely from the check in to check out, and in the restaurant. We used the pool which was great. Only criticism is that the gave most of the pool to lane swimming with only a few people using that area and packed in around 15-20 people in one third of the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Breakfast had a good choice and was kept tidy and filled."
