The food was also very good with an excellent cooked breakfast along with a great selection of pastries etc. The bar area is very welcoming and the hotel in general is a big favourite of mine whenever I visit Lyme Regis. "Easy check in online before hand so went to the bar and got the key immediately and actually got shown to the room - a rare thing nowadays. We had a room on the outside which was great as was going to be rather late back in the evening. Room spacious, comfy bed and had all the amenities. Will go back if in the area"
