"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...

"Lantern Cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and facilities had been very well thought out. The shared courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun. We were able to store our bikes there too, which we rode on the nearby Camel trail. It was peaceful even though we were almost in the centre of Padstow. There were numerous bars and restaurants nearby all serving delicious food. There is also a Spar shop 1minute walk away handy for last minute supplies....

"Was a perfect property for my daughter who has autism to stay with grandparents, as she needed to bring her assistance cat too. The people in the restaurant below were super friendly and helpful; the views were brilliant, the flat really smart and well equipped."
