"Staff are always lovely. Most have been there years. We had breakfast and evening meals on our 3 night stay. Always good quality food of generous portions. The room was quiet, comfy bed, clean, good quality linen etc. Bathroom although clean, could do with an update. Shower was over bath which is not great, shower screen didn't do anything and water was over floor. The bath panel was ruined because of water ingress. Wouldn't stop me staying again, its probably one if the nicest hotels in area, I've stayed in other rooms which have normal shower."

"lovely hotel in a good location close to the main Betws Yr Coed where there is a good choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. only 7 mins drive from Pen Y Pass car park and approximately 12 mins to Snowdon railway"
