The overall property in my opinion was satisfactory for my requirements. I wanted somewhere to spend a few days that was clean and in a safe area and at a reasonable price. For me i thought the washer and dryer facilities were clean and convenient to do your own laundry. It was my first time in canada and the staff there was eger to answer my questions. Thanks to Calette in house keeping who gave suggestions on places to visit along with the ladies at front desk.

The front desk staff were outstanding. Offered tips on restaurants and made us feel very welcome. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff friendly.

Most of the staff were friendly and tried to assist with concerns. I did not like the hotel's room cleaning service - I was told that rooms were only cleaned every other day (instead of every day). I checked in on a Saturday and my room was not cleaned until the following Tuesday, after I requested to have it cleaned.
