"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There was also a huge generator outside, and the loading bay was noisy. (room 6 - junior suite) "

"The best part was the early opening of the.swimming pool etc. without children till 0800. lovely pool, good layout, and receptionist very pleasant. Other staff all very helpful, too. Will be back again, enabled us to explore Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean."

"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gloucester Holiday Inn. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in our first visit to Gloucester. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and beautifully prepared, and the staff very helpful. "We had a fantastic stay at the Kings Head Hotel in Cirencester. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. The rooms were incredibly comfortable—uniquely decorated, clean, and a perfect place to relax. The recently remodeled rooftop bar and dining area was a real highlight. The food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind. The hotel also provided us with a walking guide of the city, which turned out to be the perfect way to explore Cirencester’s charming streets and historical spots at our own pace. We will definitely be returning. Well done to the whole team at the Kings Head!"
