We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market.

It was a pleasant stay; smooth check in and a great swimming pool. But there is no nearby sunway station nor many shopping places around; need to take cab to tourist places.

nice and clean, staff speak a good level of English which makes it easier. I use this hotel whenever I visit the city for work. It’s located near lots of shops and not too far from hangzhou east train station or the west lane.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake.

The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay.
