"Room was eh, very noisy and zero air flow. Smelled very moldy and my nose is stuffed up after in night. Decided to eat local at the restaurant and was a disaster. €60 for two people and was the worst risotto, basically eating straight pepper seasoning, my GF had a burger and was so spicy she was sweating. Then had to wait nearly an hour to get a desert, that tasted very off, like expired tasting. To top it off, not really a reception, so you have to go to the bar, and wait like you are getting a drink and it’s a bit akward. "

"It is convienient location if you travel by car to visit Oxford. The staff is helpfull, polite and keep the hotel top notch. Amazing breakfast, great choice of food and freshly made waffles. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Next door bowling, cinema with restaurants. I will definietely be back when visiting Oxford."

"I had a not so good experience. There was a foul smell, I requested for my room to be cleaned after use and the cleaners only emptied the bins, left the dirty towels from the previous day as is, didn’t change pillow case and more. I was so disappointed. On my last night, the fire alarm went off at about 11pm waking me from sleep in a panic with no direction of what am supposed to do. It was then I realised I didn’t have a telephone in the room to reach reception if I had an emergency in the room. The network signal is very poor. I had an overall bad experience and won’t be using this place again."

"The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. There is a good sized swimming pool which has allocated children hours. There was a good selection at breakfast and you can also order off a menu too. The restaurant also provided a good selection for dinner. The hotel is in a good location and a short uber ride from Oxford city centre. "

"We had a great stay at The Store. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony looking down on Broad Street. Thank you! The hotel is immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. After our dinner plans, we had a lovely time in the bar with friends where the seating is comfortable, service was good and drinks choice wide. Our only small complaint was the room doors. They are heavy and really bang when they shut - we were woken by neighbouring rooms in the middle of the night and very early in the morning. Maybe The Store can look into some soft close hinges?!"
