"This is the picture postcard Cotswold experience. Staying in a rustic converted barn, with a cottage style garden, overlooking the rolling hills and fields. "Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...

"My second time renting this property as it is quite close to my Oxford family member’s flat and very convenient to the grocery and all of the city as well. To improve comfort the living area needs more comfortable seating with foot rests. The provided towels did not include wash cloths this time which would be helpful. But we made do and enjoyed the stay. It’s a nicely appointed property and I look forward to staying there again."

"The property was amazing and after 3 nights camping at silverstone it was lovely to just relax and chill out. Tanya had thought of everything, tea and coffee ,enough pots and pans to feed an army if needed, towels a bath that my partner could actually relax in at 6ft 4 and best of all to open the fridge and see she had put some milk for a well deserved cuppa (saving us having to go to shops for milk ) and cold water. Me and my partner can not fault this place. Definitely would recommend. About...

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
