"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own! Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant. Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost. Don't think I would stay here again."
