They gave us a handicap room and the sheets were dirty, along with pillow cases. The front desk was not very helpful and what they suggested is for us to look closer on the description when booking with you guys! Worst hotel expirience ever

Average hotel - okay for one night

Posted 12-Apr-2016
Pros: Location was good right off QEW. Free breakfast is a bonus.
Cons: water pressure in shower, orange juice dispenser
Location: Good rest stop on my way to a meeting in Hamilton next morning.
Overall experience was average. Breakfast buffet was decent although eggs were a bit bland and orange juice was not drinkable as it was mostly water. Room was the most disappointing feature. Although clean, the room temperature was cool upon arrival, bed was rather hard and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I did not use the pool area but it looked nice.

good hotel. nice stay

Posted 20-Mar-2016
Pros: clean
Cons: restaurant
Location: convenient location close to everything.
Guy at desk wasn't very nice to me, but my friend had a female attendant that was great. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was dated but room was very clean and comfy

Nice hotel close to 401

Posted 17-Mar-2016
Pros: The hotel had a nice indoor pool and the location was close to several restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable.
We stayed during March break where kids called our room and swore at us. These calls came twice and when we reported them, the hotel spoke to the family. However at 1:15 a.m. we were awakened by another call to our room although we don't know if it was the same individuals. We were also unable to access the Wifi during the entire stay.

Nice hotel, conveniently located off highway!

Posted 15-Mar-2016
Checked in around 5pm Around 7-8pm... Young adults (early 20's) were running up/down hallways banging on doors. The room next to me must have been occupied by that group because they were banging on the walls & trying to open the ajoining door.. Almost seemed like they were throwing a ball against walls/door! Could not sleep or get comfortable even after the noise level subsided... Ended up checking out before midnight! Not pleasant having to drive when you're tired, even if home was only 20-30 mins away!!

Okay hotel, great location in Burlington

Posted 14-Mar-2016
Pros: Location, price, nice bed.
Cons: The toilet had body hair at the base, really gross.
The hotel allowed me early check in to get prepared for a funeral, which was appreciated. The location is very convenient at Guelph Line.

Reasonably priced short stay hotel

Overall a positive experience but a few too many little details that detract. Only one that is significant enough to call out. Staff could and should be more friendly to guests.

Great hotel, affordable, close to lots of amenities and shopping. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the heater/air conditioner was noisy. Overall good experience
