Stayed one week. Door didn’t lock properly from day one. Told us they would fix it daily and never did. Cane back to open door 3 times . Wouldn’t move us . many staff, 2 were great others just told you what you wanted to hear. Wouldn’t go back . Most staff were not trained well or just didn’t care. Manager never contacted us although I asked daily . They did take care of our cab fare to airport but really should have discounted whole trip

The hotel was decent clean and comfortable but the staff is what made it excellent. Rebecca went above and beyond at every opportunity really enhancing the overall experience of my stay. She was outstanding and I hope she is appreciated and recognized for the amazing work she does Best Western is very lucky to have her!

Pros: The staff
Cons: Housekeeping
Overall experience was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping could be improved as the bed was not properly made,... Otherwise will return.

well located in Burlington

Pros: Cental location in Burlington close to important services and close to downtown.
Cons: perhaps offering patrons local newspapers
Location: ACE Tennis Centre, 2 movie theatres, water front and easy access to the QEW.
The Best Western is well located in Burlington. We had access to the Indoor tennis centre as well as local cinemas and restaurants. The hotel is also only about 3 km from the waterfront! Although employees were repainted the 2nd floor corridor, the work did not affect our stay. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was good.

Comfort at a great price!

If you're looking for a place that is not afraid to give you a ton of pillows, this hotel is for you! In all honesty, this hotel delivers excellence in everything you'd expect out of a Best Western. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, breakfast was warm and on time, and everything was spotless. We'd definitely come here again!

Great Room! Front Desk Was Amazing!

Pros: Staff!
Location: Lots of shopping near by and close to the highway QEW!
When we arrived "Aaron" at the front desk greeted us! He make us feel welcomed and at home. When we checked into our room, we noticed that it did not meet our expectations. After speaking to Aaron at the front desk, he quickly rectified the problem and changed us to another room. He was very calm, professional and courteous! The room he gave us was awesome! In my books, the service, staff and professionalism is a 5 star rating! We will definitely be back! A++++

The room was clean and comfrotable, the staff friendly and professional. They even upgraded us to a mini-suite at no charge, simply because there had been cancellations, and one was available. Unlike most hotels, the complimentary breakfast is a full buffet meal, with eggs and bacon or suasage, waffles, pastries, cereal., fruit.. pretty much anything you might want at no extra charge. A nice touch!
