Super Clean Motel, and great Helpful staff

Posted 24-Sep-2016
Pros: Clean, quiet
I've read the reviews about the water pressure for the showers and they must have fixed this problem. I've stayed in nine different rooms these past three months and the water pressure in each room was great. Hotel staff (right from check-in to the cleaning staff and management) are super helpful, and strive to make sure my stay was seamless. Great breakfast, lots of variety. Great deal and super clean.

Great Value/Super Clean

Posted 10-Sep-2016
Pros: Super Clean, great breakfast, very quiet
I've stayed at multiple motels, and this Best Western is superior even compared to the Holiday Inn in Burlington. From super quick check-in, friendly staff, beautifully appointed rooms, and I've stayed at seven different rooms on all three floors, this Best Western is one of the best. The front desk staff were super helpful, and very accommodating.

nice hotel

Posted 08-Sep-2016
stayed at this hotel for three nights and had no issues, close to downtown (driving), near lots of places to eat, just off the main highway so easy access, room was clean and they even called five minutes after getting into room to make sure there were no issues. Would stay here again

Pros: Location and price suited our purpose very well.
Hotel was clean but a little tired looking. Would have been nice to have the option to rent a movie from the room.

Great Hotel

Posted 04-Sep-2016
Pros: Great facility, staff and room
Cons: Nothing
Location: Everything is little far
Great Hotel! Vey good staff. Good swimming pool. Good continental break fast. The only thing is it was little far from Niagara Falls or Toronto downtown.

Nice hotel with easy access to town

Posted 02-Sep-2016
Pros: Proximity to highway and downtown Burlington, easy to get to from Guleph line.
Cons: Breakfast time Make up mirror in bathroom Robes for guests
Location: Location is 2 minutes off the QEW and 5 minutes to Burlington Mall, with downtown Burlington a few minutes beyond that.
Hotel is clean and well appointed with a salt pool and a hot tub. Having laundry on site is handy. Breakfast was good but closes at 9 am which is a little earlier than expected. Free parking was plentiful.

\good location, Good Room

Posted 31-Aug-2016
Pros: Big room, quiet and clean.
Cons: Shower head, water pressure and it needs a safety bar and a bath mat.
Location: Good location as visiting family in the general vicinity.
Initial front desk service was excellent, despite a minor problem, quickly fixed to our satisfaction. Room was good size, very clean and hotel was very quiet, despite being filled with a number of wedding guests! The only drawback to the entire experience was a very poor shower head, narrow, slippery tub without a bath mat or a safety bar.

Overall happy Just one morning though, I was still in the hotel room so I put the do not disturb sign on the door, the maid came by and saw the sign, I went out a bit later and turned the sign over as I left the room When I got back to my room that night, the room was untouched The maid didn't come back to check the room

Pros: convenient location, to my jobsite
Cons: I checked in and out each week, so I stayed in a different room most of the time. some rooms air conditioners and appliances needed replaced
Location: close to shopping and several reasonably priced restaurants
I am in a hotel 250 to 275 nights a year for work. I think I'm pretty easy to please for the most part.I stayed at this hotel for 10 weeks while I supervised a construction project, clean, mostly updated rooms, friendly staff from front desk to cleaning staff. they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. 6am breakfast was a plus, a lot of hotels start at 7am, that's no good for someone in the construction business. I was happy enough that I am staying in another Best Western Plus currently. I hope to have as good of an experience at this facility
