Nov 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Akari 17 Oct 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication 湯河原駅から徒歩5分ほどのアクセスの良さ、スタイリッシュな外観と内観、お部屋の広さや設備、施設全体の清潔感など、とても満足しました。 チェックアウトはルームキーをポストへ返却するだけという気楽さ、またご時世的にもスタッフの方と対面することがないので安心感があります。 かといってホスピタリティを感じられないというわけではなく、チェックイン時にスタッフの方（オーナーさん？）が案内してくれ親切で簡潔な説明と「お待ちしておりました」「電車混んでましたか？」等のお気遣いの言葉頂戴し、一人で滞在していたのもあり安心感とあたたかみを感じました。 お部屋の床が少し薄い？のか不安定な部分があり（若干のへこむ感覚）やや不安になりました。 us and they were happy to check us in. the place is very clean and comfortable. I asked about the rooftop "patio" and he set up a table and chairs for us up there.
