Location: perfect for ropeway and pirate ship cruise. 2 min walk away. Rooms: amazing lake view Staff: went above and beyond for every little request Hotel: gorgeous lobby, foot bath outside lobby overlooking the lake. Easy to book private onsens which were impeccably kept and really nice for a family gathering Food: the staff went above and beyond, helping fix a very quick vegetarian dinner for the vegetarians in my family.
